Default Need help: car wont start without pressing gas pedal..

I got this rebuild engine(Z6) installed with t3 turbo, 450's, 255walboro and p28 chipped with crome. When I tried to start it, it cranks and i had to press/pump the gas pedal to get the engine running then after that i had to keep pressing/pumping the gas pedal to keep the engine running. When I let go the gas pedal the engine dies right away. What you guys think the problem here??

Thanks in advance!!

The guy who chipped my ecu made a basemap for my setup then he'll street tune it for me when I get the car running. He changed the injectors to 450cc and my timing to 1 degree per boost.

Make sure you really have the tps connector hooked up to the tps. There is another connector in the harness that will fit the tps.I've done this before with the results your describing.

The end of the throttle plate shaft on the throttle body. The TPS (throttle position sensor).Check the wire colors on the connector and make sure they are the tps wiring.I think the other (wrong) connector is an egr or water temp sensor.
