How to remove a heater control panel?

How to remove a heater control panel?

Attempting to pull out the dash and thats the only thing preventing me from finishing. Can't find a way to get to the clips that need to be removed or remove the air mix control.

Take the hazard switch and defrost switch out there's 2 philips screws hidding there.
