i got a new clutch put in and now the car will not fire
the ECU is not getting power or is bad
no spark
cant hear the fuel pump prime
when i try to start it just keeps turning over
I checked all fuses ,in the motor compartment and inside under dash
and I replaced the main relay and I cant hear the relay click
the ECU is not even giving me the 1 flash hello sign.

No such thing there chief. Check the thermostat ground. It's a 10mm bolt on the thermostat housing with a bunch of wire endings on it. (I think this is what he may be referring to....)

If a shop put in a clutch and now it doens't run thats their problem! If you brought it in running and now it wont THEY DID SOMETHING! Return the car or do not give payment till it is running like when it was brought in.

also I noticed that the ignition key/switch was replaced ,could that have anything to do with the main relay not working ,maybe crappy wiring.

tow it to a honda shop and send the bill for the tow and the repair to the dealer who messed up the car. You should not touch it so they can not say it was something you did. It is their responsibility to give it back in the condition it was received in.
This sounds like my newly acquired Honda. It gets delivered to me tomorrow. My $350.00 Gem. He was driving to work and it just .... died ... The Ignition Coil is fine, timing belt is fine. I am thinking fuel pump or distributor. But being that this thing has 281,000, I am pretty sure that the rear fuel filter is probably pretty clogged up. So I guess I will start with the least expensive and work backwards. I'm used to working on 50's and 60's American cars and they are extremely simple to troubleshot. But I suppose the same principal applies. But it should be fun, no? I guess I will listen for the fuel pump and all that. It turns over, but never catches. So it is either starved for fuel or fire.
Good luck. Maybe your fix is my fix.
