Hey guys,

A few buddies and I are taking a road trip down to LA, Santa Monica, and San Diego!! We are leaving this Friday and chillin down there for a week or so... We are looking for some car shows or anything exciting to do down there besides going to the beach... I was wondering what suggestions you guys had for activities to do.... Post here, I'd appreciate it!!!

i think there is a SoCal meet this Sunday.

 

all I can say is be careful of where you park your car, and always be aware of the cars following you. If you guys are in LA and need somewhere to store your cars safely let me know.

dude, drive your car and go the the meet.

 

Yeah seriously...and if you are going to stay in any hotels, especially in the LA, San Diego area find some hotel or motel that has enclosed or underground parking...you can't just leave it in a lot. Drive it and go to the meet.

 

Wise decision. Its not worth the head ache to drive your car down to LA just to go to the meet...thats just my .2 cents

 

Santa Monica is cool. You just gotta put up with all the homeless people and skater punks asking you for money. Make sure you stop by the 3rd street promenade. Hit me up if your in the area, I live about 2 miles from 3rd street.

Man, i wish i still lived out there. I was actually planning to head back out there sometime. I used to live in Covina Right off Citrus. Its been so long since i've been back out there man. Well, have fun guys. If you guys snap pix of anything cool, post em!

 

Yeah, unfortunately my grandfather has my digital camera in the UK, but I have several disposable cameras, I'll take some good pics!

heheh..... if u really want to see some nice cars hang out on rodeo drive or sunset blvd in bev hills, hell just drive down wilshire between bev hills and hollywood and drool at the dealerships you pass, worth a trip for sure just to look in the windows as you drive by plus the bums on 3rd street rn't that bad; just ignore them, pretend they don't exist... i mean compared to the bay area or sb the bums on 3rd street r nothing -rob
