I own a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe 4 cylinder and wonder is it possible to swap it with a 6 cylinder

Anything is possible with enough time and money.

no v4, it's an I4

and not worth it, you're much better off selling what you have and getting what you want

you would better off trading your car in for a V6, it would be cheapoer

Oh, come now, where is the Honda-Tech spirit?

In relation to the topic, I agree with above. It would be much smarter financially to trade for a V6, though I must say it has a much smaller aftermarket and that 4 cylinder K series engine you have is a very capable and mod friendly motor.

don't get me wrong, I'm not against all flaming but I just don't like it when a thread turns into nothing but flaming. Flaming within reason is ok, but excessive flaming isn't

Yes, you could swap to a 6 cyl engine, but it will cost alot of monety because most of the major partd are different like: transmission, half shafts, radiator, motor mounts, ECu and wiring harness. It will be really expensive.

Additionally, there is not much of an after market for the V-6 engines. A 4 cyl engine is lighter and your car is more nimble because the front is not as heavy as a 6cyl. If you are looking for power, I suggest swapping to a manual trans if you do not have one (preferably a trans with better gear rations like in the integra's or so. I am not sure what trans will bolt up to your engine.) The other suggestion is adding a turbo kit because the turbo will add alot more torque at lower RPM, and make the car much quicker.

No flames, just advice.
