if you've got the money, k20 is the way to go I'd say.

if not, just boost the **** out of it and maybe build the bottom end.

How many miles are on your B18A? I have a feeling we are in similar situations. Mine has almost 190k miles so I don't think I'm going to boost mine. I could get it re-built but I don't think that gives me the piece of mind that a JDM GS-R or an LS swap with sub 50k miles on it will give me.

Don't cheap out when you decide to run boost. You'll pay for it in the end.

Why not just put a newer ls motor, run individual throttle bodies , Nos race fogger, will run mid 11's to mid 12's, Don't believe me look in the honda builders handbook on page 3 vol.1 Stock motor.
Just don't put a b16 in the DA.

I always thought a B20 looked like a lot of fun! call me blasphemous but I'm not really a fan of vtec. don't like having to rev the crap out of the motor to find power and enjoy the low end tork of the non v's. there cheap also and my mom has a crv with one in it. (very tempting to try and swap my motor and hers, don't think she'd notice hehehe)

Dude BOOST IT.......As long as the seals on the motor are good and the compression is good do it....my 94 GSR has almost 160,000 miles and im currently running 8 PSI on stock block.....Strong as ever!
