so I was just woundering if seafoam is good for you car or bad, never used it myself and I hear the ratings are about 50/50. but I'm thinking you car should probably be in pretty bad shape if you want to try it.

i don't recommend it. it's not worth taking the chance or risking my motor.

how many miles are on your motor? Have you performed the normal maintainence every 3-6k miles (tune up, oil change etc)?

It you slowly introduce Seafoam into your motor via the brake booster vacuum line you will be fine. Use the proper amount and go slowly. You can put it in the gas tank also ... just steer away from the crankcase. Remember, if your motor is held up by carbon deposits and sludge then you will notice leaks after Seafoam is used.
