Default 2002 civic ex overheating

every once in a while i belive only at idle my car starts to overheat, i changed the coolent came out just fine had a good color changed the radator cap/T-stat and had it pressure tested that came out fine to, since i did all this it overheated once but when i drive it goes back down, i tryed shifting at 5-6k rpms to see if it heated up again but it didnt anyone have a clue? by the way if it matters i have 75k miles and never did any tune ups just put full synthetic oil every 7,500 miles

Sounds like your fan isn't kicking in properly. You might want to check the Coolant Temperature Sensor.

It's not the fan that I'd be worried about, the sensor may be throwing improper temperatures.
