It will be fairly obvious. It's the only plug connector in the empty speaker hole not connected to anything.
Wire colors should be
RR+ red/yellow
RR- brown/white
LR+ blue/yellow
LR- gray/white
Although some of the cars (ie 90 Si) colors will vary. The front and rear speaker wire colors will be jumbled. In fact I don't think there were any rear speaker wires back there at all. But I sold that car so...

What he said^^^
The speaker leads are there, all the way down to the bottom, on the floor pan, the plug will be taped to the rear harness running down the drivers side of the car, on the pass. side the speaker lead is folded in 1/2 and the plug is taped to the speaker lead itself and laying at the bottom on the floor pan.
There will be no speaker mounting bracket behind the "dummy grill", [blank trim panel covering speaker hole/location], you can probably Google a set up, or make your own, to do properly for a set of 6.5" full-range drivers, lots of work, 6 - 8 hours for a set of mid-range/mid-bass drivers, way more work, 10 - 15 hours over 2 days.
Oh yea, stock brackets 3 - 5 hours.
Also, the rear security cover, [cargo cover] should not be an option for speakers, mounting speakers to it is just barely better then just putting them on the rear set.
If nobody has said it yet, [I started the post 2 hr. ago] Better bet would be to concentrate on front speakers, the TEC result ratio is way better.
