Front Lower Ball Joint
In my quest to try and replace my clutch on my '93 Integra I am running into every hurdle possible that is slowing down and preventing any progress. I finally removed the axle nut and moved on to the lower ball joints. Was easily able to remove the castle nuts but after that I can not separate the lower control arm from the ball joint. I picked up a set of bal joint separator which did not work after repeated attempts on both sides. So I got a ball joint press that I can not even fit in the area because of its size.
Whats my next option?

if all your trying to is take the axle out after all the banging and crazy stuff and it still dont work. ur last option is to take the complete suspension out. alil more work but it will get the job done. drop the shocks and fork out. then drop the complete a arm not from the ball joint. d/c the outer tie from spindle and your have enuff clearance to take the axle off. thats worse comes to worse. more work but sure beats the hell out off banging the hell out of something and possibly ruining something.
Ive tried hitting the control arm and still no movement. I even jacket up the setup with just pressure on the bolt to see if it would press through and no luck. I have been dosing the assembly with liquid wrench to try and see if that would help too.
Im sure if I eventually get this that Im going to run into even more problems because the engine has lots of rust on the bolts. I feel like I will break the front motor mount bolt because of how bad it is.
