It's the code for the rear O2 sensor heater having high voltage.

The rear O2 sensor screws into the catalytic converter.

You can try changing the secondary O2 sensor and hope that's the problem, but I've never seen the "high voltage" code - is that the only code you're throwing?

If you're throwing a 20 too you might have a short, if it's the only code you're throwing just change out the O2 sensor and reset the ECU. It just unscrews from the catalytic converter - crescent wrench + ramps + cutting dikes = win. Just remember to put a slit on that grommet so you can slide the wires inside the grommet so they don't rub on the chassis.

 

yea i have one of those scan gauges and it plugs up to the obdII port and all im getting is that one code. whats a cutting dyke? and could this cause my car to hesitate/bog around 3-4 rpms?

A pair of cutting dikes is side cutting wire cutters. Haven't heard them called dikes in a long while. Syndacate is old school when it comes to electrical.
