Help... Can I use a 75mm head gasket on a 75.5mm bore?!
The search button is down again... Question is simple. I had to have my block bored to 75.5mm. I already have a 75mm head gasket. I really need to know if I can use this or if anyone on here has done this. Thanks

If its a pre-96 block (D16Z6, A6), most of them have a .020" compression height, meaning that much space between the piston's top and the deck, so no issue with the piston hitting it. Since OEM mls HG's are slightly oversized anyways (mine measure 75.81mm), it won't be an issue for 75.5mm.
Ugh...
I just ordered a 75.5 mm gasket and I just listed my 75mm gasket on ebay. I guess I should have waited for more responses.

He seemed very positive in his response. Anyways, at least I ordered a cometic and now I know that I wont have any issues. Thanks

OH great, now I feel guilty for making you waste money.
If its a d16, then you were fine, running a 75.mm
I believe honda oem d16 gasket covers up to 76.mm.

on my motor stock bore is 85mm. It is currently 85.5mm... I was told a stock headgasket will work.. I went through 2 of them before i realized it was gettting knicked by one piston.... Do yourself a favor and get a bigger headgasket so you dont have to pull the head over it...
