Is this a decent welder??

Im in the market for a Tig welder, i see most AC/DC Tig welders are over 1200 bucks, this does it all for much less than that.... anyone have any insight on these machines??

start to build manifolds downpipes and do aluminum intercooler piping and exhuast work,

you'd probably have a hard time doing aluminum with that thing since it is only dc.
