Default h22 swap...not reving...

This is the deal..got a 97 intgra with a accord euro r swap..h2b..the motor starts and runs fine..but will not rev..its not throwing any codes that would cause it to do this..the only code that is showing is for iacv..but that won't cause it to not rev..im using the wire harness for the car..and an obd2a to obd1 jumper harness with a p28 hondata s200 chiped for h22...any ideas or suggestions would be very helpful..

see thats what i origanlly thought..cause at first the car was only running on 2 cyls....it was sparking on all for but 2 and 4 weren't spray fuel..i swiched the injectors out with 1 and 3 and still the same prob..so i swiched the internals of the dist. with the internal of a b series vtec (obd2a)..now it runs fine but won't rev..so your saying still maybe distributor probs?

on some hondas, the tps + map sensors have the same plugs as each other. They are also near each other. sometimes when we do swaps we get them mixed up. See if you can take the plug that's plugged into the map sensor and plug it into the TPS. And vice versa
