Icon4 H22 swap issues

I recently swapped into my 97 accord an h22a4 i am running the f22b1 wiring harness with some h22a4 conections tranfered over, i went today and got a obd2a to obd1 jumper harness from speed factory and also a p28 chipped with a h22 basemap because "that was what i needed" so i was told, the motor ran perfect before i pulled it out of the prelude all cylinders compression tested at 202-207 psi, the motor runs alright at an idle and i can rev it up by very slightly pushing on the throttle, anymore and it bogs/stalls at any rpm, i was running the f22b1 ecu before and it runs exactly the same totally stumped on where to go next there is also no CEL

It sounds like your TPS and MAP sensor plugs are swapped... try switching them and see what happens.

so there is what seems to be a crank case vent box under the intake manifol, vacume lines go to it, i did not have a plug in for this on the f22b1 harness could that cause problems like this?
