Default Ground Control coilover spring rate for H22 EK sedan?

Anyone know what kind of rate for Ground Control coilovers I should get for H22 EK sedan? I don't have H22 yet but planing on it.
My current set up is Koni Yellows and Eibach Sportline which I just got installed few days ago. Not too happy with sportlines so I think I'll get Ground controls like I originally planed.

If you have the Koni struts, then get coilovers with Integra spring rates (500/400) and it'll drive great. My friend is running a similar setup on his EK coupe... basically same thing but a slightly shorter wheel base.

Is it possible to still have A/C in an H22 civic sedan?

yes. a few people on here sell the HCP a/c mount so you can keep your a/c system.
