Spring Rates For Ground Controls on H22 Civic?
Posting this for a friend. I have done searches and came up with nothing.
So for you H22 Civic's that have GC what to you run for spring rates? he was told to run 380/250.
The car is a Daily driver!! First and for most.
The car should ride smoothly.
And ideas would be appreacheted! Thanks

there was a thread on this last week. someone had weighed a H22 and it wasnt much heavier than the stock motor. I dont rememver the exact specifics.
I wouldnt put too much faith on what GC recommends. They recommended the same spring rate for my GSR. They say the same # to everyone, 380/250 is their off the shelf specs, its a very "safe" balance of understeer.
