Fuel supply: I don't know too much, but for the sake of a bump, the first thing I'd look at would be the old, tired fuel pump. Then, I'd check the fuel lines for weaknesses or pinhole leaks, then check the functionality of the injectors.

Also, car, engine, ECU?

Anyone else care to add on? I hate fuel problems, and this guy needs a solution.

BTW, search is now back up, thought I'd let you know so you could begin searching again.

Also check fuel rail and fuel lines, I suppose. Make sure the lines are tight on all connections.

Might also want to check your fuel filter. Replace if necessary.

I would replace that O2 sensor, and see if the code 43 goes away with it...

Code 43 can also be primary O2 sensor too, not just fuel supply system.

So, yes, replace the primary O2 sensor and both codes may possibly not come back.

Then try a butane torch - you got nothing to loose. O2 sensors have a finite life span of around 75-90k miles. They should be changed. Stick with OEM/NTK/Denso and make sure it has a connector already on it. Do NOT get a universal O2 sensor that requires wiring and stay away from other manufacturers of O2's other than what I listed.
