Default Auto to manual swap question.

I have just recently installed a manual tranny in my 4 dr ek. I have a d16y8 motor. While the tranny was out i opted to get a new intake mani and throttle body from skunk 2. I bought a ecu from someone yesterday it was p2p 5 speed ecu from a 98 civic, the plugs do not match up correctly. and the car will not start.
any suggestions?

In an automatic, the car won't start unless it's in park. So you have to do some re-wiring when doing the conversion.

what year is your car? If its 96-98 the ECU should work, 99-00 your ecu wont work.
