CEL HELP #41 and #65

CEL HELP #41 and #65
I have a check engine light and came up with the following...
41 Primary oxygen sensor heater
65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire (black wires)
Will this be the reason why my climate control doesnt work properly? Can someone help me located where these sensors are in my car?
