how hard is it to install an exhaust system by yourself?

its easy. it should take you atleast close to an hour to do it. i do it all the time by myself

it shouldnt be too hard but the everything ive done on a first time basis has taken longer than it should have.

Yup, just make sure the 3 bolts that connect to your cat isn't rusted to hell. Otherwise work your way from the cat to the back of the car.

yea im planning to get an apexi ws2 exhaust for my gsr. id rather do it myself than pay a shop.

Well if you have the time, tools, and have never done it before, it might be a good experience. Even better if you have a buddy to help you out. As for me I time is of the essence and I would rather pay the $50 to have it installed than to get down and dirty.

the only things ive installed on my car are an intake, header, test pipe, and strut bar. those things are easy to install for me but i was wondering if an exhaust system is the same.

Should be pretty easy for you then since it is just a bolt-on affair. More time consuming than anything.

im pretty much a noob when i comes to car related stuff. i replaced my head gasket and i stripped the acorn nut on the valve cover. i cant seem to get it off. it just keeps on spinning.
