if its in your garage why the hell wouldn't you put it on? and just cuz its an automatic doesn't mean you wouldn't benefit from the increased air flow. obvious answer is yes.

Yea why not I guess. Rather them sit in your engine bay than your garage.

I would say sell them and get a really nice header but unless you looking for crazy power I wouldn't bother. Plus your car is automatic, which isn't a bad thing, but enjoy it and chill.

If it were up to me, sellem and get some extra cash. Keep the car stock.

I would say install the header if it's already sitting in your garage.

Sell the header and put the money towards swapping out the tranny.

I have a DC Sports 4-2-1 but I need the gasket for the part that goes from the 4 to the 2, if you want to sell me that.

This answer is WIN.

I don't have any hate for autos, I've owned quite a few A/T equipped cars, and so do friends of mine. Case in point, a buddy of mine ran his '95 LS/SE Integra auto in the IDRC event that came here to Utah, and took 1st place in his class. He's never entered a national event before in his life, and he mowed the competition down with consistent 17.3s, even running a fastest time of 17.1. This is with mild bolt-ons, also.
