he's talking about instant torque boosters (ITB's)...you clip them onto your wheels and they use the power of the force to add torque...p.s. you have to be a jedi knight or they don't work

^^Rosko's ITB's
I know 2point6 also has run ITB's on his NA H22.
I'm sure there's more, but there's two to start ya off.
Oh and by the way, ITB's are expensive, and if you don't have supporting mods, no they're not really worth it. And some say they're not the best for street applications.

Now Blake, that's not an technically correct answer..
Individual Throttle Bodies (ITB's) - One Throttle Body Per Cylinder.
So, for a Honda 4 Cylinder Engine you would use 4 Throttle Bodies, One Per Cylinder.
They basically Replace the Stock Intake Manifold, Throttle Body, and Intake.
If you didn't check out the threads that I posted up before then you're not helping yourself learn. Go through and read them, look at the pictures, lot's of info there. And again, I'm sure there's many more threads throughout H-T on ITB's.

Hilarious
Despite how remarkably simple as it is to figure out what ITBs are using the internet, I'll go ahead and post a pic:

do you mean iAb's? at least im pretty sure what you call the plates with the butterflys that sit between the IM and the engine for the extra torque... right?
that would make a bit more sense in the prelude forum

I think he's asking if the OP is meaning to ask about IAB's and not asking about ITB's, which he was asking about...
I think we have gone over this subject and his question is answered...

theyre nice for race cars when you never see anything less then a vtec powerband...other wise save your money and get a respectable intake manifold and decent sized throttle body

why would you say that? an ITB setup that is properly sized will make great power just about everywhere.

if you really think about their engineered purpose they were intended for racing to begin with but yes they would work for the street assuming your intake and exhaust systems are up to the task...theyre 1400$ and to me thats not worth to put them on a street engine making what 220whp??...but then again someone will argue this which is fine these are my .02 cents
