check your charge pipes/couplers for leaks.

why do you assume its the turbo??

99% of the time, there is a blown coupler or some other boost leak....

Try running off of the wastegate spring.

Did you disconnect the boost controller first? I think that's what hes getting at.

Disconnect the boost controller and run off the wastegate.

Yeah get that boost controller off there, I know it's expensive and you want to use it but try it, thats my guess!

Build a boost leak tester and hook it up to a compressor and see if the intake system is holding any pressure, easiest and cheapest test you can do.

Most of the stuff you can find at a home depot, probably 8 bucks tops. If you don't have a compressor, a little brother, some sugar and a bike pump will be fine.

And if the leak tester checks out fine, then I would go into looking for wastegate issues.

i highly doubt it has anythign to do with the turbo itself. check for exhaust leaksto. if exhaust is exscaping before it meets the turbo, its obviously not going to spool properly.

its gonna be pretty noticable if theres a leak before the turbo..its gonna be loud, either your charge pipes are leaking, or the boost controller is jammed/broken, also check the bov could be leaking from there too

And you'll more then likely have a big black streak wherever it's leaking if it's before the turbo.

yea weve checked everything and how could it be the wastegate if we took the wastegate off and put a block off plate on it? but yea i think it more than likely has something to do with the boost controller also

Check the fins on both the comp and the turbine wheels. Sounds like something on the turbo is broken. And oil on the inlet like that usually means a broken seal.
