b16 blowing white smoke, water on the ex manifold, oil is muddy =(
i went out for a drive last nite, parked it, woke-up this morning, & it doesnt run worth a ****, it blows white smoke out the tail pipe, theres water coming from the turbo manifold, & my coolant looks like mud. let me take a guess: i have a blown headgasket???
Does the exhaust smell sweet? Because antifreeze burns white, and smells sweet. Take some oil out and try to burn it, if it bubbles really fast then you know there is water in the oil. Plus water in the oil turns it murky, quite obvious IMHO.
I'd say you have blown headgasket, because those are classic signs. I've had a few blown head gaskets in my time.

did a leak-down test & everything is good. it ran really bad earlier this morning, but is ok 2nite. i forgot to pull it in the garage & it rained on it last nite. so im guessing i got some moisture somewhere, but the hood was shut. so im clueless
i wonder if your head is lifting under boost causing you to get coolant into the combustion chamber???
that would cause your problem to a T but would cause you to overhead pretty quickly in boost.

my oil looked muddy today, but i drained the oil & it just looked a little "gassy"
Took out all the plugs & theres no coolant surrounding any of the pistons.
But this morning it was running really shitty, blowing water & white smoke out my exhaust, & water was running & bubbling from my exhaust (turbo) manifold.
