Default keyless entry

I have a 98 Civic LX. I just had a radio installed with an aux input for my ipod. The place that installed it used a wiring harness that allowed the factory radio to still be hooked up for the keyless entry. However, it doesn't work now since they hooked up the new radio. Any ideas? I'm thinking the programming on the remote entry was lost when the factory radio was disconnected. How do you reprogram the remote?

They lied. They obviously didn't do it right. You can either leave the oem radio tucked somewhere in the dash, or do it the hard way and pigtail a new harness with a relay.

Go back and tell them to fix it. Have them hide the oem radio somewhere in the dash.

I bet your dome light doesn't work either.
