Default Head gasket or no? Need opinions!

Hey guys.. this may be a long winded post..been building this car on and off for about 2 years now in my spare time.
Been through 2 head gaskets and I'm on my 3rd.
The last gasket I blew pushed coolant and inflated my radiator. I called ARP and spoke with them about headstud torque ratings and it's possible that I stretched the studs so I put new ones in and another Cometic headgasket (.40) as well as a new radiator (another PWR). The car now holds boost beautifully but has begun overheating. HERE'S THE ISSUE: Driving the car normally under no boost, it gets hot (230*+ at times). Stock fan switch turns on at 215* and off and 205* I adjusted it to turn on at (at least) 190*. The car now stays under 200* at idle but creeps up when driving, then back down when at idle (stop lights etc.) I've done a ton of searching around and it looks like a possibility that the headgasket may be leaking. It pushes NO coolant.
The head and block are perfectly straight and meticulously clean (including threads) everything is torqued correctly, new water pump and hoses, Air is bled from coolant.
On another note, I am using a GT30r turbo and have the coolant line running to the provisioned watercooling inlet/outlet of the turbo. I doubt that this could be heating my coolant enough to cause the problem i'm having though.
The machine work was all done by Earl and he recommended using a .40 head gasket (which as far as I know can only be had through Cometic). At this point I'm considering going to the OEM gasket as most seem to recommend and checking PTV tolerances.
Thanks for reading through.. I don't want to get rid of the car but i'm losing patience.
BTW it's a 95 CivicEX D16z6

What size radiator are you running? The stock is just enough to keep the d16z6 cool. Now your running boost creating more heat and more then likely have a large inter-cooler blocking air flow through your radiator.

It's another dual core PWR

Has the car ever run normal temp with this set up. It really sounds like the radiator is not able to cool enough with the boost you are running. Did you make sure that you burped all the air out of the cooling system?

yeah, the air is out and there are no bubbles. It is possible that the radiator is insufficient for the task I suppose. Every time I've ever run the the car was in cold weather and now it's pretty warm here in AZ (103+) I drove the car in the evening last night and it ran much cooler.. still got got when I got on it, but better. I'm thinking about running two PWR radiators to see if this makes a difference.. what the hell I have 2 of them sitting here, may as well give it a shot. Thanks for the replys man!
