What does a bad O2 sensor look like? Running rich CEL (Pics)
I've searched and haven't found a clear answer to my question. Here's some pics of my primary O2 sensor. I still haven't pulled out the secondary one yet.
I've read on here that I either need to replace the O2 sensors or get a valve adjustment to fix my problem. Is this right? Thanks.

You can not just LOOK at an o2 Sensor and see if needs replacement. If it an OBD2, the car will most likely throw a CEL for it ..... but in some instances i've seen that it doesn't.

Ya Blue, I must have been getting 10 MPG at the time. lol. If nothing else I was efficiently spending money while making that data log.

^^ if that comment is directed at me then hey I was running rich too. At least at WOT I was at 13:1 or so until the O2 quit.

I just looked at the ECU trouble codes page and the CEL is for "running too rich or too lean. How do I fix my problem? Thanks.

Stock 2000 H22A4 with AEM CAI so basically stock. I'll check for an exhaust leak.
So how exactly can I diagnose an O2 sensor? I have no idea on how to log information like Pirate McFred. Thanks for the tips folks.
