Went to autozone had a cel checked. They said it was a o2 sensor "slow response" Is right to assume this is simply a loose wire. I've thrown the o2 sensor crapped out code on my old car and this isn't the same. They couldn;t tell me the number on the code reader either for some reason. The car runs the same as before, smooth idle, good response, no bogging, no cut outs, and no change in fuel economy.

An O2 sensor needs to be hot to work, That is why the manufactures have now installed O2 sensor heaters. So they will work sooner than if they relied on just the exhaust to warm them up. Your's might be slow to warm up , or..

The O2 sensor is suppose to move from rich to lean in a cycle of 8 - 10 times a second. Your's might be doing a slower cycle say 4 - 6 times a second.

Either way probably it needs to be replaced and it is not a loose connection because the computer is seeing it.

Ur o2 sensor is starting to go.. its not completely gone yet, but will be soon. You will see your gas milage get worse and worse as the sensor completely *****. Pick up a new one and you'll be good

Can I eliminate the secondary o2 sensor by running a patch wire to the primary on the header? It only like less than a foot away. Has anyone ever done this?

the code tells u which one it is. primary or secondary

No, the secondary o2 is for cat efficiency and it's readings are different because it is after the cat.

does it matter that its in a em1? the o2 sensor isn't after the cat its at the front cat.
