Default t4 twin scroll flange???

can someone please give me the dimension of the openings of a t4 twin scroll flange and what the id width of the collector outlet needs to be to fit this flange. also am i right in assuming that the collecter needs to be divided also for a twin scroll turbo? and if so is this done by just adding a flat piece between what two runners? 1 2/3 4?? and lastly does anyone know if a twin scroll is the only inlet option for a garrett gt4088r turbine and if there are options, which is best (generally speaking ) ??

thanks!!

edit: ok nevermind on the flange dimensions im a lazy idiot and just found the flange specs on garretts site but if you guys can help on the rest of my isues as far as the collector design i would greatly apreciate the help!!

yes. make sure you pair up the correct cylinders also for the 2into1 collectors.

ok thats what i figured but what cylinders get paired? is it 1 and 2 together and 3 and 4 together so that the firing order consistantly alternates?

ok now im a little confused if the firring order is 1324 wont pairing 1 with 4 and 2 with 3 cause a sort of back and forth pulsing between the two halves of the turbo (left scroll would get 2 "puffs" then the right scroll would get two) but if you had cylinder 1 with 2 and 3 with 4 then wouldnt the turbo see the "puffs" as a left right left right into the scrolls and wouldnt that give you a smoother (faster) spool up?

please help me understand, im not trying to argue im just trying to learn the best way to do this, thanks for your help so far!

Firing order is 1342. 4088R is only avail in divided housing, and you need to pair 14/32

A divided manifold is usually used to increase spool slightly while increasing flow - or one or the other depending on how extreme you go. Using the divided turbo w/o diviided mani means it acts like a bigger AR housing
