What kind of flange is this?

Just received this garrett which was listed as a t3, but this doesnt look like a t3 flange to me...

anyone know what kind of flange that is?

looks like the 19 88ish dodge daytona flange to me. T3b04 turbo i think.

This is the Chrysler T3 flange. Sucks for you. And is the whole thing coated in POR-15?
