Oil leaking from exhaust
Hey has anyone had this problem, right now I'm losing about a quart of oil a week and it appears it's leaking out the exhaust. I'm getting a lot of oil spray all over my rear bumper. Anybody have any idea what can cause this?
I just got a valve adjustment at the dealer, but i'm still getting spray. Should this have remedied this? Sorry I don't know a lot about engine work.
bad piston rings will let oil into the combustion chamber, any unburned oil will come out of your exhaust, or if your turboed your turbo could be bad, ive had to chang a few out of cars for just this reason

i agree. do a leak down/compression test, the #'s should be (more or less) the same across the board on all cylinders, your rings are good. but, if the #'s are different, then you're probably going to need to dump the rings & hone the block

agreed with both above posts. The valve adjustment won't affect your issue. But, if you do the compression and leakdown and they are okay, i'd look into your vavle seals leaking.
