So the title says the problem kinda. I don't see any adverse symptoms so far but preventative maitanance is always a good idea.
The car always starts but it's just not instant sometimes and when that happens the oil light will pop on for maybe 2-3 seconds max and kinda flicker when it's on.
When it starts fast/normally the light goes off instantly.
Sometimes the SRS light will stay on for a few seconds also, on a rough start.
So whats causing the rough starts?
Bad oil pump
or something electrical?

there's plenty of oil. I just changed it and it does the same thing after every oil change. It's not something as dumb as not enough oil.
