Default Why is there oil?

Ok, I already changed the valve cover gasket and the spark plug rings. And I don't understand why is there still oil going threw the spark plug area? Not a lot just a little bit.

Any suggestion or answers to why is this happening?

It's leaking to the spark plug area. Just a little bit.

on certain engines, the spark plug tubes are two piece. The lower half is cast into the head, and the upper half is cast into the rocker assembly.
