ok so last month i started to hear this sound from my rear driver side brake. it sounded like a spring compressing and also like something was on my rotor. cuz something would make a grinding noise every couple seconds. and it would slow down with the speed of the car. so i ended up getting my rotors resurfaced cuz the mechanic said they were warped. and i also got all new brake pads.

well that was about 2 weeks ago. and today i washed my car. and used wheel cleaner. *black magic* brand. and my rotors were really rusty afterwards.
then when i went to a sports bar on the way home i started hearing the annoying grinding every once a rotation.
so when i got home i asked my gf to get out and listen to make sure it was comming from the same rotor. but i also stuck my head out the window. and now BOTH noises are back. the annoying spring compression noise. and the grinding!

does anyone have any idea what this is and how i can fix it? ill try to get a sound clip if needed. please help!!!

they are brand new. 2 weeks old

 

are there scratches on your rotor after the noise has happened for awhile
