Default 94 GSR Rear Lower Bushings

My rear lower bushings on the control arms are bad and making a lot of squeeqing noise. Does anyone know if I can replace those bushings without replacing the entire rear control arms? if so where can I get those 2 bushings. Can anyone help.

I had my front lower control arm bushings replaced a while back. The mech had to take a blow torch to it to get it out. I'm assuming you can probably do it to the rear, but don't take my word for it.

sure can
energy suspension sells them thru summit racing
summit has them in stock usually.
a machine shop will do the work, may cost up to $35 for the whole bushing replacement if you remove and bring them the LCA's.

you can also get the bushings from any Acura dealer and they can also overcharge you for removal and install.

ask me how I know

the rear trailing arm is completely different than the rear lower control arm. the trailing arm runs lengthwise with your car and is the large arm that holds the rear brake assembly. the lower control arms bolt to the trailing arm. the lower control arms run width-wise across your car. they connect the subframe to the trailing arm and have the connection point for the bottom of the rear shock. you should just get the energy suspension bushings (3 of them) and get them pressed in at a shop. dont get new ones from acura.....there is no sense in payin fro new arms and bushings when all you need is the bushings and can upgrade to better stuff for less $$$. good luck with whatever you do.

Thanks for clarifying that, I was a bit confused on what was the LCA and the trainling arm.

If you don't wanna buy the polyurethane which would improve your handling, then try here for bushings only:
