Default where does this line go????

This is off of my Y8 swap and for some reason there is an obd1 Z6 Intake manifold on there with this line.

On my Z6 the line goes where I have pointed out, but the Y8 as you can see already has a hose going from the FITV to under the intake manifold.

Where can I direct this coolant line or do I need an OBD2 Y8 IM and it would rid me of this problem.

its coolant... you get rid of that and only use one hose... form the block to the throttle body

lets see... you should have a coolant hose go from the block to the throttle body, then from the throttle body to your IACV, then from your IACV back to the block

that's right... but then theres also this extra line since it is a Z6 intake manifold. the line is running from the top of the 4th runner which i drew an arrow to and its suppose to go to the throttle body according to my other Z6, then to the IACV and on to the block.

wait a sec i dont understand lol sorry im dumb... ok
1. coolant line comes off the block somewhere under the IM and goes to the TB.
2. line goes from TB to IACV
3. line goes from IACV back to a different spot on the block.

that's all ok but I have that additional line ontop of my IM beside the vtec solenoid that on Z6s goes to the TB where the #1 line went with that pipe thing i have in my hand.

ok... if you got rid of that thing in your hand... all you need is an extra hose, one that will...

1. Go from the block to the tb
2. Use another hose to go from the tb to the IACV
3. Go from the IACV back to the block

there are 2 coolant lines that go to the block...

i dont know if you got my message... but all you need is a y8 tb... i now just saw the line above the tb and if you get a y8 tb it doesnt have that and then route like i said and you will not have any problems

yeah but changing the TB won't get rid of this extra line i have blocked off.. its on the intake manifold not on the block at all.

I would just get the y8 manifold its better anyway I did a mini me in my crx with a z6 head but I heard the y8 was a better manifold im sure you could find one real cheap, it would fix your problem and improve air flow
