i have a alot of black smoke coming out on start up and it also spits out oil, im leaking oil under my distribtor, and when i first start my car it boggs when i first push on the gas then once i rev it up to like 3000 it feels like it clears out the exhuast and i dont have a promblem. Ohh and my cat converters do not last a year, and if i dont wash my car for like 3 weeks i have a layer of black debree on the back of my car from my exhaust. I'm pretty sure its from the head gasket i was wondering if anyone know of a link with a step by step removal and install of the head for a b16a1

 

you need a engine rebuild.....black smoke is your piston rings gone bad
white smoke is coolant from blown head gasket.
