Default ridiculous camber/ suspension/ steering problem! HELP

ok i purchased a db8 integra off of a buddy for $1600 with a very good running gsr and started to go to work fixing everything on it. i took the wheels off to discover it has aftermarket full coilovers but they are different from side to side. the drivers side has a blue strut which im thinking are tokico hp MAYBE with a skunk2 coilover and spring on it. the passenger side has a white one with the adjuster on the top (maybe tokico illumina) with a tokico coilover and spring. the spring on the drivers side is a lot shorter than the one on the passenger side so i have the coilovers set different but the car is even. it was cambered extremely bad so i purchased the skunk2 pro series camber kit for the front. i installed them and have them set all the way out and its still camber bad if not worse on the drivers side. the passenger side however is almost perfect. i took the car down the road and the steering is ridiculous!! if you let go of the wheel you are in the ditch pulling to the drivers side. im stumped as to why my steering is so off and my camber is still so bad. could something in the suspension be bent?? or could i have a blown strut? or could it having different suspension on each side be causing this? ANY help will be greatly appreciated! if anyone needs more info just ask ill be looking at this thread often. thanks again for any help.

It could aslo be your toe. Also, i've got the skunk 2 camber kit (upper control arm) and i didn't lower my car that much and i maxed out camber. I lowerdd the car slightly and am running -1 degree camber. I think the skunk 2 kit may be limited in it's camber adjustment on extreme lowered cars. I Don't know what to say, seems like a good brand. I can't believe that is the case. Anyway i would try an alignment. And definatly consider replacing the suspension, make it a priority. If it was me anyway that's what i would do.

all i know for a fact is that whenever you change suspension parts, especially a camber kit, you have to get an alignment done.

a ghetto way to do that is to basically measure the back two tires wheelbase (or another integra's front wheelbase) and adjust the tie rods (loosen them and spin to the left or right)to make the wheelbase in the front the same measurement as the rear. this will work, but it's amazingly ghetto and it's cheaper than taking it to an alignment shop.

thanks for the imput. i read up and just purchased the skunk2 pro series full coilover system. i know thats not what most ppl would go with and i dont want this to turn into a suspension war i just felt it best suited what i needed. so im gonna put that on and take it to a shop and get the alignment done and see if it helps. if not then something HAS to be bent for it to look and drive the way it does. once again thanks for the help and if anyone has anymore ideas please post. thanks

Having different coilovers on each side could definitely cause handling issues. Even though the height may be set roughly even, the different spring rates could cause some problems. If the struts were blown you would see oil leaking from them. With pulling that bad your toe and thrust angle is definitely way off, and with camber that terrible you could have a bent control arm among other things. Your caster is probably off too.

I would get 4 matching coilovers with good struts and a 4 wheel alignment with a machine. A machine takes more accurate measurements and will give you a better idea of exactly where to look for other underlying problems.
