i just both a y8 engine with tranny what do i need to swap this into my 95 honda civic dx -
engine did not come with harness

another ? can i use the stock motor mounts for the y8?
oh yeah can i use my stock throtle 2 cause it did not come with 1?

yea u can use your stock parts as well as mount/brackets. You may need to wire vtec tho.

 

add VTEC solenoid and pressure switch wiring, relocate IAT into intake arm if using the Y8 intake manifold, reuse your injectors and distributor, you won't use the knock sensor on the back of the block or the crank angle sensor by the crank pulley.

 

so i use my stock harness ?
and wire up vtec ? use dis and my old manifold
what ecu ?
dont i need to make engine obd1 ?
