oil cooler?

oil cooler?
i just picked up a b16, and im cleaning the thing and i notice something i havent seen before. its a oil cooler at the base of the oil filter, that is coolant cooled. i know i havent missed this on the other swaps. just curious it had a hamp oil filter also, the small green one.

Some Honda engines have it; some don't.
USDM B16As don't have an oil cooler, but some JDM B16As do. Early USDM B18Cs have a cooler also.
