Does anyone know where I can get offset bent 2.5" aluminum pipe? Im trying to fabricate intercooler piping and I cant find anyone that sells it.

Yeah I found an offset in mild too but not Al which is weird since Al is much easier to bend.

 

prolly not what you wanna hear.... but I didn't feel like dishing out the $$ for a 304SS 3"OD tube offset so I made it with two no leg 45* bends from verocious

Hmm, ok, why not just buy a 45 deg bend and make it yourself?

 

We bend them, obviously as that picture is one of our steel pipes linked to our website.

Aluminum is actually the #2 hardest material to bend not the easiest. It's only superceeded by titanium and super alloys. It's not a matter of ductility, it has numerous properties that just make it a specialised PITA.
