putting the stock motor back in my car and im having problems getting it to start. I checked for spark and its getting spark in all cylinders. Its gettin gas but i think its gettin flooded. all its doing is turning over .Ive swaped out the ecu, and distributer. somebody help me plz!!!

99 civic d16y7 motor everythings stock

 

its gettin gas i pulled the plugs out and i can smell it on them. The timings right . this car had a bseries swap and im wondering if u have to move a wire in the inner harness to get it to work.

 

as it had a b-series on it, did you double checked the order of the ignition cables ? that happend to me once, i put those in the wrong order and my car wouldnt start. double check that.
