Help 99 si wont start...

Default Help 99 si wont start...
I bought this car from auction missing the motor and the ecu plugs cut. I replaced the motor and the plugs and when I turn the key to on positiion the ecu kicks in and I can hear the fuel pump kick on and it turns over but it just wont start. The car is getting spark and it does have gas.. Any help would be great!!!

check ground at thermostat housing

it is a 10 mm bolt

main ground for ecu & etc.
