Is there a differnce between usdm/jdm knock sensor ?
I have a b18c1 in my hatch. but the knock sensor broke off and i was wondering is it okay if i use a jdm knock sensor ?

I've never heard anything about them being different - and seeing as how you can usually do "plug for plug" swaps on GSR (USDM and JDM alike) I'd have to say that you can.
Only thing that's different I would think could possibly be the voltage, but I don't think it is.

Be 100% sure, they are the same.
Using a 2000 EX one because mine was broken when I got my B16A.

Yes, they are the same. They are just a piezo electric voltage generator. Heck, I put a KS from a 2004 K24 engine on my 98 GSR swap a couple weeks ago because I couldn't get my hands on one that was "right". Code went away and all is well. Only real difference I have found is the electrical connection. Worst case, you may have to change the connector.
