CHANGE YOUR OIL.

 

That is what we call "LIMP MODE", i bet you are throwing a CEL! Check your fluids. If your fluids are fine, then head over to a place that can read the code through the OB2 port. Find out what that code is an fix it.

Also disconnect the negative battery cable. Let it sit for 1minute. This will reset the ECU. Reconnect and start the car up. If the CEL is still active then, move on to what i previously posted. It has worked for me before.
