99Si in limp mode and CEL will not give up a code. Please help!
I've posted this in the FI but need more help please.
The car is in limp mode, The CEL is on all the time. When I tried to pull the CEL code, no blink, blink, it stays solid. I've pulled the battery cable and tried again, and double checked the jumper.
Any ideas?
