sway bar??
hi everyone, first time posting topics on hondatech, running a 99civic coupe.. was wondering if i needed a new front sway? or strut bar. i was doing abt 90mph in da freeway and notice my steeringwheel got really lose ? any suggestions

did you think i was serious? i know going faster wouldnt make it better it was a joke. im guessing the problem isnt the sway its the alignment. im sure a sway would help but it will stilll vibrate like crazy.
lolz we were kiddin as well? jus something to say.. like i said before O.o.. alignment is fine? wheels are fine only thing i can say is.. itz pretty much lowered a inch off da wheels.. umm itz not that it vibrates.. the steeringwheel gets really loose? i also heard it was normal..

Just because it goes straight, doesn't mean the alignment is perfect. When was the last time you got one? You could also need a wheel/tire balancing. If you drive like an *** and/or have old tires, then might be worn unevenly. It could even be your wheel bearings.

The car wasn't made to go 90mph...especially on freeway with other drivers.
But to answer your question...it could be a number of things...alignment out of whack, toe might be out of whack, tire issues, etc. etc.
