which cali ref station did you go to???
how was your experience(good/bad)? and where?
did anyone have a obdII bseries and said it was an obdI? and passed?
some have told me that the el monte and rialto ref stations are pretty understanding and not *****...
i'm just doing research for a buddy who is dropping a b18c in his eg9. as you can tell the eg9 is obdI and the motor is off a 96gsr...
all in all we would like to know if having a 96gsr then using obdI(dist, wiring, ecu) would make the swap pass with flying colors???
thanks in advance...

Skyline (San Mateo). They are real cool, professional. Not jerks. You won't get away with stuff, but at least you get respect . . .
if your in s cali, you can goto east la college (elac) theyre alrite there, theyll give you alot of info on what you can have and what you cant, as well as on your particular setup, how to make it legal (if even)
