Running ITB's and a turbo would defeat the purpose of buying ITB's, since there would be positive intake manifold pressure. Could you do it? Yes. Will it do anything? No.

Whenever you put positive intake manifold pressure on a car, it'll make ITB's almost pointless. It all depends on how much pressure you're running, and how big the passage is to get to the cylinder. The stock throttle body would be more than enough for the job, and would make getting ITB's useless.

True, but you won't see hardly an advantage from it, over a standard intake manifold with a throttle body.
